Investing in the next generation of security talent.
Our Internship Program is how we invest in the next generation of cybersecurity talent. We run it in focused cohorts, one intern at a time by design, so each person gets real exposure, structured mentorship, and a project that actually ships.
THE ESSENTIALS
- Paid, 20 hours per week
- 8 to 9 weeks per cohort
- Hybrid, in the OKC Metro
- One intern per cohort
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
WHAT INTERNS DO
- Own a real, scoped project that runs against Pinpoint's own systems and lab environments.
- Shadow client engagements, including assessments, planning sessions, and debriefs, to see the work end to end.
- Get exposure across penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, defensive operations, threat intelligence, consulting, and compliance.
- Meet weekly with a senior mentor.
- Document their work in knowledge base entries, runbooks, and write-ups.
WHO WE LOOK FOR
A real, demonstrated interest in cybersecurity, whether that comes from coursework, a certification, CTF time, a home lab, or personal projects. Interns need to be in the Oklahoma City metro area for the cohort and authorized to work in the United States. No prior paid security work, perfect GPA, or industry connections required.
